Export row level security users from Power BI Service

Hello-we have implemented row level security in Power BI service for a large number of users. We'd like to push out an email to these users in bulk. The users are enter in Power BI service as such: 

According to this post from 2019, this funcitonality wasn't available. (Solved: Re: Export Row level Security user list to excel - Microsoft Fabric Community)

Does anyone know if this has been added to Power BI Service as a feature? Or, is there a way to accomplish this in Power Automate? Where is the row level security data stored that is entered in this interface?

Hi @kky1 - I am not aware of an API that supports the extract of user.  Can I recommend that you create AD Groups for each role, then add uses into the AD Group.  You can then use the Graph Api to export the List of Members.
