Export option not available

Hi all,

I have two users, who are both workspace admin. One can see the 'Export data' option while the other one can't.

The option is enabled on tenant level and also in the report. So I don't know what else can be causing this problem?

I've tried Edge and Chrome. Same problem.

Any thoughts?

I'm waiting for the tenant rights within our organization to check and test this. . I will post a new reply once I've tried it.

Sounds you have correct settings for that.
One thoght on that: are setting on tenant level set for the whole organization or specific groups?
