Export function PDF Power BI Services (SSAS Live)
Hi All,
I have a report that needs a PDF export, when doing that I select the filters on the report, so I get the detailt values. ( there is ALSO "filters on this page", "Filters on all pages". Those are more default filters but the users dont use them(hide)).
When I export with the filters on I still get the DEFAULT values... Im not sure why.. I select current value (On the export its shows the filters is on)
What is going ON?
Report with CURRENT VALUE
EXPORT THAT I GET (Filters shows that its filtert)

Hi, Anonymous ;
First you could realize the limit about export pdf :
- The PDF will include the data and visualizations visible on your Power BI canvas.
- Power BI reports with more than 50 report pages currently can't be exported. Paginated reports don't have this limitation. See Print a paginated report for details.
- Reports larger than 500 MB currently can't be exported.
Then If you delete the correct page and have problems adding a new page, you can check to see if each page directly has filter or sync slicer impact.
In additional ,select current value and current page.

Hi Yalan,
- My report is 5 pages big, now i create only 2 pages big.
- the report has a total of 6 visualization visible on the report canvas.
- Report is 200kb big
When Delete the second page it will use the current value (and it works the export). When I add a second page the current value will not work and it will show me the default value.

Hi, Anonymous ;
This is strange, the Report option to 'Allow Users to Change Filter Types' selected on desktop. When unchecked this option, republished the report ,try it.

Yo,
I did that but nothing changed. It was already on and, did your steps.What I saw is when I SYNC the slicers in powerbi desktop and publish it will give me the wrong results, but when I SYNC the slicers in power bi service (webbrowser), then magic it works...
Is there any difference between those?
