Export Data Restriction to different groups
Hello all,
I want to specify the restriction of data exporting to certain groups (let's say group a, b,c). Is it possible if group a can only export one report and the other groups can export all the exports in the app? Or is there another approach to do that? Thanks guys.

You can first only allow / disalow the export to excel feature to a set of groups in the admin portal:
You can also implement Row Level Security to the dataset, meaning that different groups will have different data visions, and consequently.
At the report level you can also make the configurations globally at report level (allow export with detail, summarize or disable it) or at each of the visuals by disabling the visual header, but this will require you to make different versions of the report so that some version doesn't allow the export while other does.

With the current AI capabilities, namely Image to text capabilities, even if you achieve your desired solution it won't be enough to totally safeguard the data exporting.
