Export Data Restriction to different groups

Hello all,   I want to specify the restriction of data exporting to certain groups (let's say group a, b,c). Is it possible if group a can only export one report and the other groups can export all...

With the current AI capabilities, namely Image to text capabilities, even if you achieve your desired solution it won't be enough to totally safeguard the data exporting.
