How can we exclude a table from refresh in Power BI Service?

Based on my research, it is not possbile to achieve your goal currently. There is an idea about that, you can vote it up.

I'm not sure you can do that in the Service, you can do that in the Desktop by right-clicking and excluding from refresh.
