**Error while refreshing semantic model on Power BI service connected to Databricks backend**
Hi Nafiul_Islam ,
Here are a few things you can try to fix the problem:
1. try reconnecting after clearing permissions in the data source settings.
2. try optimizing the query to reduce the amount of data being processed at one time. This may include filtering data at the data source or using more efficient query techniques.
3. make sure there are no network or firewall restrictions that could cause the connection to drop during the refresh process.
Here are some solutions to problems similar to yours that we hope will help you.
Solved: Databricks Update - Microsoft Fabric Community
Solved: DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_MashupDataAccessError - Microsoft Fabric Community

Thank you Anonymous I tried option 1 and that did not help. I dont have a lot of leeway on option #2. There are no firewall restrictions. I am talking to IT about this issue right now. They are looking at it. I will share the solution.
