Error while exporting to powerpoint

I received this error while trying to export to power point. I tried also to use a sample report from power bi to export, but that failed as well.  What could be going wrong?

Hi @avou26 ,

I cannot reproduce the issue.

The error message you received while trying to export to PowerPoint is "Couldn't export to PowerPoint" with error code 500. This error message indicates that the export failed in the first step of creating an export request because it was unable to find a Shared on premium capacity to forward the export request to. The issue could be related to a network failure, a load balancer timeout, or a failure in the untrusted process.

I would recommend checking the Power BI service status page to see if there are any known issues or outages that could be causing this problem. And please check if the  network failure, a load balancer timeout, or a failure in the untrusted process.
