Error while creating dataflows

Hi,

 

I am trying to create dataflows using Snowflake as a dataource in Power BI service for a client but it is giving me the error 
Curl Error Code-6 Msg - Couldn't resolve host name.
What can be the possible solution for this issue? Do I need to connect to a gateway for this?
