Error while connecting on Gateway

I am geeting an error while trying to connect my dataset to my premises gateway for scheduling.

Can you ensure on the server or PC where you have installed the Gateway, that it says it is connected and good to go?

I already installed the gateway provided by the Power BI.

And i just follow the same step as they instructed in the demo but i failed some where which i am not able to shootout.

Hi there,

I got the same error right now on my gateway and that is because I have shut down my Virtual machine where the On-Premise gateway is currentlty running.

I would ask to confirm that you can connect to the Power BI Service from the server where the On-Premise Gateway is installed?

As well as confirm that the screen does say connected and good to to?

Let me confirm i will back after some time with recent update regarding to this error.

As the error message said, the gateway is offline on the server that you have gateway installed. You just need to reopen the On-Premise Gateway and sign in with your account again on corresponding machine/server.
