Error when subscribe emails to users
Hi RoyceLithgo,
I had a call from Power BI team. To resolve this, click on settings Icon and select settings:
Then select Language:
In the dropdown, mine was set to Default. I changed this to English and applied.
Then Refreshed the Power BI Service screen.
After doing this I was able to create a subscription. 😊
Hi, Anonymous
Please check if the Pro license expires, the dashboard or report is deleted by the owner, or the user account used to create the subscription is deleted, which will end the subscription.
I'd like to suggest you refer to the document for further information. Do pay attention to the considerations and troubleshooting.
Best Regards
Allan

Hi Power Bi Support
Based on your answer to jeremcycjjj,
I have checked that I have Pro License (part of the office 365) and it has not expired however I am still unable to create a new subscription to a report or a page. One of my colleagues has the same issue but another is fine.
I get the following message after clicking save on a subscription.
