    Hi RoyceLithgo,

I had a call from Power BI team. To resolve this, click on settings Icon and select settings:

    Then select Language:

In the dropdown, mine was set to Default. I changed this to English and applied.

Then Refreshed the Power BI Service screen.

After doing this I was able to create a subscription. 😊

Same here, no idea where to begin debugging as this used to work up to last week.

    Hi

I am a few of my colleagues are also getting the similar error message when doing a new subsciption to an existing report. I tried with different reports but same thing happens. Other colleagues are not facing this problem though.

    Hi, Anonymous

Please check if the Pro license expires, the dashboard or report is deleted by the owner, or the user account used to create the subscription is deleted, which will end the subscription.

I'd like to suggest you refer to the document for further information. Do pay attention to the considerations and troubleshooting.

    Best Regards

    Allan

      Hi Power Bi Support

Based on your answer to jeremcycjjj,

I have checked that I have Pro License (part of the office 365) and it has not expired however I am still unable to create a new subscription to a report or a page.  One of my colleagues has the same issue but another is fine.

I get the following message after clicking save on a subscription.

      Hi v-alq-msft

My PowerBI Pro trail is still ongoing. Managed to solve it.

      1. Set the default language - English ( As per document)
      2. End date needs to set
      3. Time Zone needs to be your country UTC.

      Many thanks for your help!
