When users are accessing Power BI apps I have made, some of them (seemingly randomly) are getting this error. Upon clicking "Ok" they are sent to the app correctly, but some people see this error and give up, so I would love to address this if possible.

This generally happens because you are landing them to a page, they don’t have access to or you just updated the app with a new report to land on and their browser needs to refresh.
Easiest solution is to have a default landing page that all audiences have access to.
Please mark this post as solution if it helps you. Appreciate Kudos.

You gave them the wrong link (to a report they don't have access to). Give them the app link, not a report link.
