Error when accessing PoweBi

Thanks for the details. Can you check if the AD group is listed under the datasource in the Users tab?

Hi there, 

Yes, it is listed. This is becoming a serious issue as we have went live with our Dashboards in the EU region, and very few people can access it. We have granted access to over 300 people in that region.

      Hi. We have the same issue. I'm in a big french company and since few days, all upluod from Desktop to Service are Ko. No idea what is the pbl.

      MSekhaolelo Most of the issues were resolved when we update the gateway (even though it's the same version again). But looks like it is working for other users not just the new AD ? Do you see any errors in the Gateway logs?
