Error message when trying to connect to get data
Hi everyone,
I was given access to connect to a database, but when I try to connect through Power BI I get the following error. Can anyone tell me what it means or how to correct it?

I guess you are connecting to SQL server database, You can often resolve the issue if you open Power BI Desktop as an administrator before you make the SQL Server connection.

It would appear that you do not have the correct driver installed.
If you could confirm with the person who gave you access if you can find out the connector requirements? Anonymous
