Error massage - DataSource.Notfound

Dears,

I kindly request your assist since i am experiencing an issue with the below massage. consider that the downlaod version match with PC type X64error

I have same issue, my datasource is saved in shareponit and it's composed of a hugh Ms Access file and a smal excel file related to each other? each time I try to refrash the datasource, it fails with this error? why and how to fix this

What is your datasource type? 
is it a excel file of type xlsb or xls? (your error screenshot is taken in power bi desktop. Power BI service only supports xlsx) 

or are your pulling the data from Access db?

Please provide some details about your datasource.

The type of file i am using Excel xlsx.

OK. Will it be possible for your share the file? 

if not try to copy the data into a new excel file and save it as XLSX and change your data source in power bi to the new file and check again.
