What is your datasource type?
is it a excel file of type xlsb or xls? (your error screenshot is taken in power bi desktop. Power BI service only supports xlsx)

or are your pulling the data from Access db?
Please provide some details about your datasource.

OK. Will it be possible for your share the file?if not try to copy the data into a new excel file and save it as XLSX and change your data source in power bi to the new file and check again.
