Error Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel

Good morning all;

I have a particular issue with power bi service that is blocking the auto refresh process. the error says the the request was aborted : Could not create SSL/TLS secure channel.

The dashboard is connected to a gateway which is a local server.

Context : 

note that this was working like a charme until the server guys decided to move to TLS 1.3 with the endpoints server ( I am not sure if this has impacted gateway server too) few days ago. with this move i was even not able to refresh the data set from the desktop. However, when they downgraded to TLS 1.2, the desktop refresh worked again but not with the gateway that handles the auto refresh.

what could be the reason  ? it there a chance that the gateways is still on TLS 1.3 ?

Sorry but already read that.

The issue is 100% with the gateway as in the desktop app i am able to refresh without an error.
