Hello,
I am having trouble generating the automatic refresh of my dashboard in Power BI from the Power BI Service.
When I update my report from Power BI Desktop it refreshes fine.
I have it set up like this in Power BI Desktop:
And then in Power BI Service it appears like this and it is disabled and grayed out and I cannot configure it:
I am noticing this below Cloud Connections, could it have something to do with it?
Thank you!!!
Hi @Harvey85 ,
Which connection mode are you connecting to the sql data source?
Once the report is published to the service, you need to configure the gateway, and the appropriate connectors, and make sure the credential information is configured correctly.

And then these appeared:
So I edited my two connections and tried updating but still can't because of this error:
Do you know what could it be?
Thanks!
