Automatically refresh visual

Hi community, I have a report publish in service (Import mode), when I refresh semantic model (manually), I open the report but show me old data, not the last data (refresh), so it's confuse to users 😞 .

The workaorund is click in visual refresh button (image) so they get the last data.

Sometimes after logins/ refresh web page. The last data is show them.

Is there a way to update the report (visuals) automatically when it refresh the semantic model? (setting, trigger).

thanks in advance.

    Hi, Peter_23

Thank you for your reply !

No. It only works in Direct query mode. You may either switch your connection mode, but it will cost you a lot. However, the Edge Browse extension is a good alternative to Power BI Service, which you can search for in the extension store:

Usually, we need to press Ctrl + F5 to force refresh the website and we can see the latest data. Or let'us try :

DirectQuery in Power BI - Power BI | Microsoft Learn

If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask me.

    Hi, Peter_23

It is possible. There's a feature in Power BI Service called automatic page refresh. You can configure it for your report to set the appropriate refresh spacing, which depends on your admin settings in the Admin portal.
