Advocate IIEmails Gateway - [email protected]
Community SupportHi igorabdo,
It seems like the account is assigned by your admin. You said "But when I have a problem with the update, it does not send e-mails.". Do you mean the subscription email? Are you a pro user? If you are a pro user, are you the owner of the report&dataset? If the report you have subscribed are shared by others, you will not receive the notification mail because only owner of the report&dataset can receive the notification mail.

Advocate IIHi
Yes, I'm pro and admin.
I'm the owner about the reports.
I've the problem when gateway don't load. For example.
My sql DB, is down.
And when the gateway try to load, I don't receive the email about the gateway don't load the report.
When I had the account free ([email protected]), I recevied the e-mails.
But and I bought a pro license ([email protected]) and I change the emails notifications into the gateway to any emails, don't work.
