Email subscriptions - 'Full report attachment as' only allows (Pdf / MS Powerpoint) , why not add excel ? 

If the report spans say 7 pages, then only 1 page will be included in Pdf / MS Powerpoint attachment. 

If option for Excel, I would assume it should include all 7 pages.

Hi @Anonymous

For dashboards or Power BI reports , attachment format only supports PDF or PowerPoint .

But if you subscribe paginated report , attachment format will support more file types .

Full Report Attachment for email subscriptions are possible if the report is in Premium capacity.

Also it is possible to export data ( not report visuals though) to excel via Power Automate.

Yes, the report is in Premium capacity. 

But when selecting Email subscriptions , Full report attachment as , it only allows (Pdf / MS Powerpoint). 

Viewed option to export data to excel via Power Automate, unfortunately it only has options to export to Pdf, PPTX, png - no excel or csv.
