Email notifications stopped

Please check your End Date if you set the End Date when creating subscription . If it’s not a matter of End Date, you can refer to the screenshot below to troubleshoot .

You can check your subscription settings by going to the admin portal or from the specific report as shown below just click on the subscribe button in the service.
