Email Subscription - Premium Capacity + External Users (guests)
Hello! I have a PowerBI app that was built and published to a Premium capacity workspace. I have given access to the app to some external users (guests) vis azure b2b and they are able to view and access the reports without issue.
The problem is they are unable to see the subscribe option to these reports! I can subscribe them myself, but the RLS functionality for each user is not applied then.
I have enabled "allow azure ad guest users to access powerbi", "invite external users to your organization" and "email subscriptions" in the tenant but I can't seem to get external users to see subscriptions in this app.
Am I missing something here?

This is a known limitation. You can subscribe external users to a report or dashboard if your report or dashboard is hosted in a Premium capacity.

External users can't subscribe themselves to reports or dashboards, even if they have been added as guest users.
