Dynamic row-level security for large and changing user lists
Hi,
I am developing a dashboard with dynamic row-level security. I need final users to see just the data associated with the email they use to log in. To do so, I need to specify the members or groups in the security configuration of the semantic model in power bi service.
My problem is the following: the amount of users is high and it will change over the time. So, I cannot be manually updating the email list every week. Is it neccesary to specify these groups in the security configuration of the semantic model? Can it be done differently? If not, what are the best practices/ideas to improve the maintenance of this email group?
Many thanks in advance

When you add too many users, you can choose to add users to groups, and then add the groups to the roles, and next time you only need to update the users in the groups.
But there is a problem is that, when adding users to the group, you still need to manually add, because the system can not automatically recognize the need to add which users, this operation can only be added manually, and currently add users can only be added individually, does not support batch import.Best Regards,

Hi Anonymous,
Thank you for your answer. I was thinking that maybe it would exist another way to do that. If I have a 500 users it is very time-consuming to verify and modify their emails manually.
In anycase, thanks for your answer!
