Drill down only works partially in one report

Hi,

several user use a report with various report pages, some of them containing drill downs. All drill downs are working well.

One user asked me to implement another drill down level in an existing table, so I did. After adjustment, this user can't use the new drill down level, he only sees the + and - icons but atfer clicking no additional level appears. For all other users this new drill down level works without any problems.

Question: is there an option in pbi service which the single user may has activated to that the new drill down is not working?

Best regards,

One of my favourite saying is "Never underestimate stupid people, they are too resourcefull." In other words, I would recommend the user to restart all filter and refresh the report (two buttons in the top right corner) and the page in the browser.

As far as I can tell, it can get very difficult to identify, what the user did to achieve something. The shortest way out of it should be a simple filter restart.
