Hi!
I have two reports on a Power BI premium workspace that I have published using a service account for my organisation. I'm wondering since the account is used to schedule refreshes for the dataset and the account uses free pro license for now. Will the refreshes still work even after the pro license expires for the service account?
Thanks a lot!

Hi @Anonymous ,
Refresh is only possible if the report is properly configured with gateway and data source permissions and if the user has access to the report, so even if the license expires, manual refresh is not affected, but refresh cannot be scheduled. According to the documentation, for scheduled refreshes, the limit for Pro users is eight times a day, while the limit for advanced users is 48 times a day.
