Does Power BI Premium subscription grant RLS to Free users

Does Power BI Premium subscription grant RLS to Free users.

If we create a report with RLS (Row Level Securty) and publish on a App Workspace that is assigned to Premium Capacity.

Would a Free user be able to access the Reort With His Row level Security ?

@sohamjethara The licensing model changed in June. All licensing is tied around sharing. Your free users can't see it because they need a Pro license. Or, you need the Premium add-on in order to "cover" your free users.
In both cases, RLS works provided the end user either has their own license, or is covered by a premium license.

None of the above licensing cares about RLS.

@sohamjethara RLS will work. There is no license restriction applied to the tool around RLS.

Thanks for your response,. But are you saying that in context of Power BI Premium Subscription  or just that RLS is no longer a Pro feature ?

We do have reports created that use RLS but when a free user in the organisation tries to access it. he gets an exception and is not able to load any visuals.

We are considering getting a Premium Capacity Subscription but wanted to know if the the Report is a workspace dedicated to Premium Capacity would a free user be able to access the RLS Feature in the report.
