Disable Data Export for Specific Visualization
Unfortunately, there is no visualization level setting to restrict the exported data. You can vote for this idea.
As workaround, you can turn off the "visual header" on the Visual you don't want people to be able to export data from, it workes for me in somecasesSelect the required visual -> Format Visual section -> Header Icon and disable it

Thank you arvindsingh802. Can you give the instructions how to turn off visual header on the visualization?
Select the required visual -> Format Visual section -> Header Icon and disable it
