DirectQuery pulls no data from SAP HANA in service but works in Desktop

Hello,

I have a DirectQuery that works perfectly in desktop but once published to service, no data is being pulled. I don't get any error messages, it looks like the data from SAP HANA simply isn't coming in. All of the visuals load in correctly, there's just no data and even a last refresh time measure shows blank. 

The extra weird part is that this was working in service just last week. Does anyone know what's going on?
