Direct URL or link to Refresh Now

Could someone tell me if there is a direct URL/Link for "Refresh now" without going to datasets view of the workspace for an Admin user.

This is no this kind of direct URL. But you can utilize Power BI data refresh APIs: https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/announcing-data-refresh-apis-in-the-power-bi-service/
