Deployment pipeline line for reports with different workspace dependency

We have a specific requirement to Develop pipelines for multiple workspaces with dependency

Scenario:

Workspace1 --> has Dataflows and Datasets

Workspace2 --> has Reports that are created using Datasets from Workspace1

Question:

    is there a way to specify the reports in Workspace2 [Test]  to Workspace1[Test]  during deployment?
