Deployment pipeline datasets

Hi

I made some cosmetic changes (font) to a report in powerbi desktop and deployed to dev . when i deployed from dev to test, it shows that the datasets don't match  - is that normally the case? Please note, i only deployed the report, i didn't redeploy the dataset from dev to test as there should have been no changes.
