Deployment Pipelines feature with pro license
Hi All
We have been utilizing the Fabric trial version for our deployment pipeline, which is set to expire soon. Our team and report users currently hold Power BI Pro licenses, with the exception of one individual who has a Power BI Premium Per User (PPU) license. We do not have a Premium capacity setup.
I am seeking clarification on the following points:
Usage of Deployment Pipelines with Pro Licenses: Will it be possible to continue using the deployment pipelines if only Pro licenses are available, and we do not have a Premium capacity?
Impact on Reports Post-Trial: What will happen to the Power BI reports that have been moved from test to production workspaces using the deployment pipelines once the Fabric trial expires?
Necessary Actions for Continuation: What steps should be taken by a Power BI or Azure Global Administrator to ensure that the deployment pipelines remain active?Note: We are looking to continue with only deployment pipeline feature since it's already been used in transformation. We are not looking for any other premium features
Your guidance on these matters would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

uma91 You will need to upgrade to at least PPU licenses: Get started using deployment pipelines, the Fabric Application lifecycle management (ALM) tool - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn

Another Power PI developer has PPU license. We were just experimenting the pro workspaces(not the ones that are under deploymet pipeline) She has upgraded the license from Pro to Premium for workspace "Workspace X". and granted me the viewer access. I have a pro license with veiwer access to that "Workspace X". But I'm not able to see any reports. When I try to open the report, it says,

uma91 That is correct. Once you have a PPU workspace, everyone needs a PPU license to view content.
