Deployment Pipelines creating New Report when deployed
When my team and I depoloy from a test workspace to a production workspace using deployment pipelines the PowerBI service is creating duplicate reports instead of overwriting the existing report.
We are often doing this with the report as well as the dataset and both are duplicated.

This could be caused by a few different factors, such as incorrect settings in your deployment pipeline or conflicts with existing reports and datasets.
To troubleshoot this issue, I would recommend checking your deployment pipeline settings to ensure that they are configured correctly and that you are not inadvertently creating duplicates. You can also try deleting any duplicate reports and datasets manually before deploying to production.
