Thanks for sharing this. It seems that the latest status update indicates the deployment pipeline issue has been resolved. However, we are still experiencing the same problem. Are you seeing the same on your side?

Helper IIt works but it is extremely slow. You have to wait even you see the stop icon. The comparison may be come back in half an hour or even an hour. Depending on your workspace.
Microsoft support did suggest we re-create the pipeline. However, it is painful to reconfigure all rules again.
