Deleting workspaces from a domain

I have a developer domain set up for PowerBI training. I've got email addresses etc for it. The "dummy" addresses that I use for learners - have member permissions but I want to be able to delete previous workspaces set up so I can't do it when I log in under their name. How can I - as the admin - delete the workspaces set up by users under their various email addresses? Secondly is there a way to automate that so I don't have to manually do it every time? Thank you

Hi @agwalsh1812 ,

If you're a workspace admin, you can delete a workspace with no effect on any Microsoft 365 groups. As admin for a workspace, you can delete it, or remove others from it. When you delete it, the associated app is also deleted for all group members, and the app is removed from AppSource.

If you are not a workspace admin but a global admin, you can add your account as a workspace administrator in the admin portal and then delete it

I don't see the possibility of automating it yet

For some reason I don't have the button to delete the unwanted workspace, I'm the workspace admin. Could any one advise on this? Thanks
