Since as I've posted elsewhere I can't get the paid tech support I am supposed to, I'll try posting to forum and hope someone helps:
We have some reports with two csv data sources sitting on a group OneDrive. These have worked in the past, but today when I do a refresh, it only works intermittently. Sometimes the little refresh wheel spins for a very. very long time (well over an hour instead of 3-4 minutes) and then I get an error message similar to this:

The last refresh attempt failed because of an internal service error.

when I click on "more details" I get sent to a support page where I get the following message:

So my questions are:
1. does the last sentence mean this is a problem with Power Bi in general or a problem with our tenant and you guys are working on it ?
2. if so when can we anticipate it being fixed
3. if not how do we fix this?
