Dataset issue with Scheduled Cache refresh even though there's no direct query

Hi,

 

We have a dataset with all of the tables as Import storage mode, however when we export this to service we can see that all the options are greyed out in settings. Dataset is directly mapping to few of the availble gateway connections and Scheduled Cache refresh is enabled for every 1 hour. We did try couple of options like remapping the datasources and recreating the steps but still the issue persists. Any suggestions please?... TIA.

    I can't reproduce your scenario, it works fine on my side. I'd like to suggest you to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

      Thanks for your reply.

       

      Datset was taken over by another user with Admin access and it worked fine. Seems like an intermittent issue but it all good now.

        Hi,

         

        This issue is happening again with one of the datset. We have reampped all the tables to make sure that none of them are Direct query but still Scheduled Cache refresh is appearing when exported to Service. And the toggle buttons are gryed out within the settings, so we can't trun off the gateway connection or the scheduled cache refresh.

         

        Any help with this is much appreciated. TIA.
