Dataset Settings Locked

Some of the items are locked. This has happened in September. Does anybody know what is going on and how to get these active again? I need reschedule "Scheduled Refresh".

I have seen this problem before. At last, I uninstalled the gateway and then re-installed it. You can try this solution.

At the same time, you could check the dataset one more time to make sure it is not a mixed dataset(on-premise and cloud).
