Dataset Refresh does not apply

when I turn on and add scheduled refresh settings on any of my datasets it does not save

ive tried waiting hours with the page open, i get the same problem in chrome, ie and edge

when i try selecting a different dataset i get a popup saying some changes have not applied and do i want to discard or cancel

Solved it

when I turn on the keep your data up to date option & then click "Discard" 3 - 5 times and then select apply it works
