Datamart Export to Excel shows me Query1 not found

Hey all,

I've been having this issue for the last couple of days. I create a visual query in a datamart, once I have the data prepared the way I want I hit the Download Excel File button. it shows me the following error.

I've tried this with multiple users, datamarts and pcs and still get the same error.

IF I create a sql query instead of a visual query it works fine. Anyone have an idea what could be causing this?
