Dataflows refresh fail due to SSL/TLS certificate

Hi, 

I have set up a dataflows to connect to on-prem data via stadard gateway. it can refresh data in the power query online UI. 

However, when i run refresh on the following screen, it failed with this error.

Error: AzureBlobs failed to get the response: 'The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel.'. Request ID: 89517538-9b3b-b25e-d2a7-a2e657754e01 Activity ID: 89b107a3-5e57-4f90-a899-9d8438a19f70

I read some note and it is to do with SSL certificate. I clear the SSL state as per the below thread, but it still doesn't work.
