Data source credentials and Schedule Refresh are greyed out

Hello All,

 

I received a pbix file from my team and uploaded it to powerbi web app. The data source is a SQL server. Now that I am trying to set up a scheduled refresh I am unable to do so since Data source credentials and Schedule Refresh are greyed out. 

Manual refresh works fine in web application. 

Any idea what am I missing?

    Hi,

     

    You need to setup Gateaway for schedule refresh.
