Data in Usage Metrics Report

Hi there,   I can see data from the last 90 days in the Usage Metrics report, is there a way to see older data too? From when the system was rolled out in the org?   Thank you so much.   Anagha...

Hello AnaghaaWagh,

 

You are right, you can only see 90 days in the usage metrics report. 

When you select View usage metrics report, Power BI generates a prebuilt report with usage metrics for that content during the last 90 days. Unfortunately, it's a limitation of the report usage metrics.

 

If a report or dashboard doesn't show up, it likely hasn't been used in more than 90 days.
