Data error on eTMF Governance Dashboard

Hi team, 

Yesterday I was checking the timeliness rate of our study D933YC00001, and found that it was 69.6%, and there were 17 overdue documents. After exporting the VCV report according to the guide below, I found that these 17 docuements included country and site level, but in fact I only ticked those who have chosen study level, please help me to confirm if the system data is wrong, and can you correct it as soon as possible?
