Data Sources on Gateway duplicates itself

Hi community,
I'm publishing reports that have as Amazon Redshift as a source.
When trying to refresh on Service I see that the data sources in the on-prem gateway get duplicated.
I can see for example in the dropdown menu a source that is Sourcename (2).

This probably then leads to an error message like:

• Data source error{"error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_SpooledOperationMissing","pbi.error":{"code":"DM_GWPipeline_Gateway_SpooledOperationMissing","parameters":{},"details":[],"exceptionCulprit":1}}}

Why is this happening and how it can be avoided?
