Data Source Error (406)

Hi, I am currently doing an analysis of stock data using Power BI Desktop. When I refresh my data in Power BI Desktop it returns the error mentioned below. Also attached are the images of Data Source...

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    It is a public webpage and Power BI can access it without a problem in my test. Do you simply click "get data">" web"? Can you try to create a new report and try to load that page?

    Could you please make sure you're using the latest desktop version? and the authentication method in service is the same as the desktop?

The authentication is the same for both Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. But it still failed. Please advice on this.
