Data Refresh rate in PPU (Premium Per User) licnese

In the Scheduled refresh section, you can define how often and for the time period to refresh the dataset. These time values are stored in the back-end database and are based on the local time zone selected on the Dataset Settings page. The scheduler checks which model should be refreshed and when. Refreshed quotas are reset daily at 12:01 a.m. local time.
48 times/day is only for the number of scheduled refreshes, you can also manually refresh the report, there is no limit to the number of manual refreshes.
