Data Gateway Refresh Issue - All Values are Blank

Hi everyone,   I connected my data sources to Data Gateway. When I refresh the datasource, there is not any failure. Refreshing is successful. However, when I return to the report, all of my values...

Same issue in my dashboard.

 

Publish to the dashboard---value & visuals ok

Refresh gateway data--value & visual blank

 

Ask for help!!

    Yes Anonymous , same situation. Can't found any solution or explanation. Do u have any clue?

      Hi there

      Can you make sure that you do not have any visual filters on the report?

      Also can you ensure that you have got the latest version of the Gateway installed? The latest version is 3000.45.7

        Thanks for your response GilbertQ ,

         

        There is a visual filter on my report. It filters months. But, why does this cause an error? Why can't I use visual filters? Is there any logical explanation? Also, is there anyway to combine visual filters and gateway together?

         

        I've checked the version, yes the latest is installed.
